Time for real change

October 24, 2008 — It is time for change in the 26th Congressional District. This district has long been represented by Tom Reynolds, who has done very little in his post except for adhering to Republican principles and being a rubber-stamp for the GOP. Reynolds led the charge to make Chris Lee the Republican nominee. If you think you are going to get change from the Reynolds-backed Lee, think again.

Alice Kryzan is the real agent of change in this election. While she has been labeled a "liberal trial attorney" by the Republicans, the truth is that Kryzan approaches issues and problems with a common sense view and wants to accomplish big things for Western New York. In these hard times, we need someone who will fight for us. We need an approach that involves innovative and revolutionary ideas. Kryzan has those. She wants to bring green energy jobs to Western New York. She wants to cut taxes for the middle class. She wants to invest in our future by dedicating resources to colleges and universities so that they can develop ideas and work with people in the region to put these ideas to work.

Addressing the problems here in the 26th District isn't about ideology. It is about the person who is going to work hard for us and fight for us in Washington, D.C. Kryzan has a proven record of fighting for people since her days representing clients in civil rights cases. We need Alice Kryzan to be our representative. Please vote for Kryzan on Nov. 4.
